 E.G. started the company in 1992 with over 13 years of professional experience in the landscape industry. E.G. is an active member of the Rotary Club of Chestnut Hill, a member of the Flourtown Businesspersons Association and is on the Landscape Committee for St. Thomas Church - Whitemarsh. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University. His experience ranges from working for larger nurseries, architecture and planning companies, teaching at local colleges, serving as a Planning Commission board member and Director of Grounds for an 84 acre development, to owning and running his own company. He oversees every aspect of his company.

Russ comes to us after 18 years of sales experience in the Physical Rehabilitation and Fitness industry. His primary focus will be to continue to develop and expand the commercial grounds maintenance department and coordinate all sales management. Russ is the father of two children, his daughter Jaime and son Jake. When not working Russ enjoys attending his children's soccer and hockey games, umpiring baseball and spending time with his dogs.

Joe has been with the company since its inception, rising in ranks from Grounds Maintenance Laborer to Grounds Maintenance Operations Manager and Supervisor of Pesticides and Herbicides. Joe is responsible for all Integrated Pest Management (IPM) accounts and is certified through PLANET as a landscape technician. Additional duties include managing operations of all grounds maintenance crews and ensuring all customers needs are met or exceeded.

Lito comes to us with six years of experience, starting as a Customer Service Representative and working his way up to his most recently held position, Account Executive & Hardscape Manager, where he was responsible for over 100 active accounts. Lito is ICPI certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute.

Jenn's focus is on our seasonal flower programs. Her responsibilities include design, selection and monitoring of display beds and containers. With a fine arts degree, a background in interior design and as a Philadelphia Flower Show award winner, Jenn's keen eye and design flair makes our flower program second to none.
