This project involved the design and implementation of a swimming pool, spa, fountains, stone walls, patio, stereo sound system, lighting, urns and plantings. Due to impervious coverage restrictions, the pool decking was designed to allow water to percolate through the grass joints into a subsurface drainage system. The pool deck is premium quality blue stone. The walls are field stone. The statue was cast and imported from Italy. |

An old swimming pool was removed to make way for this outdoor entertainment area. The pergola, arbor and fencing are all constructed of cedar. The stone work matches an old existing stone wall. In addition to the bubbling spa, the pool has water jets that shoot out of the deck creating water arches. Large boulders were placed into the hillside to enhance the mature grove of rhododendrons. On a cool night, the homeowner can relax by the stone fireplace and watch his weather resistant plasma television, while the kids play on their new sport court.
