E.G. Rall Jr. monitors severe weather conditions day and night. Snow removal vehicles are ready to roll on a 24-hour basis, including skid steer loaders and de-icing spreaders. During business hours, our crews will arrive when two inches of snow cover the ground. After business hours, crews plow upon the cessation of snow or at 5:00 a.m., whichever comes first.
